Background

Internationally successful companies and organizations know the value of creating an emotional connection with their employees and stakeholders. This Crown Corporation is the fifth largest employer in the country, which means its workforce is of utmost importance. Canada Post challenged us to imagine an environment for its Winnipeg Smith Street Head Office – one that would inspire its employees and raise corporate morale.

Letter and Stamps

Canada Post challenged us to inspire their employees and raise corporate morale.

Our result incorporated big brand architecture and interior design to create spaces with flowing texture, shape, colour and imagery representing the expanse of our great country and its long history and dedication of helping bring people together.

Brandscaping Original Winnipeg Postal Distribution Centre

Following a mandate set out by then President and CEO, Moya Greene, aimed at ensuring the new Canada Post be transformed into a fully re-energized service provider, we developed a themed brandscape affecting public lobby spaces and employee lounge areas that would reflect not only the spirit of the new modern post, but pay equal homage to the glowing achievements of an enterprising past.
